  The BLU-NUT that added the FUJILOK U-NUT's functions to blind nuts.
  In the past we used the FUJILOK U-NUT as a back nut by welding it to a square washer, however this new method allows a much quicker application.
  The BLU-NUT will not only improve the application quality but be much more cost effective.

  The CLIP U-NUT can simplify the operation, especially in areas with limited access and a confined space.
  By simply making a hole in the mating component (no welding of nut necessary) and applying the CLIP U-NUT,considerable time is saved and overall reduced cost of the application.

  Process：The client had no space when fastening onto shafts, so to improve work efficiency, we were asked to manufacture a FINE U-NUT with grooves machined into 8 places instead of the standard 4 places.

  Process：Increasing the diagonal size of a nut that we inserted into aluminum mold material prevents the nut from turning around when tightening the bolt, thereby making it possible to improve work efficiency and reduce costs.
