Vibration impact in the direction perpendicular to the axis is repeatedly applied to fastened bolts and nuts to visually judge and compare locking performance. This test machine is built in accordance with NAS3350 (National Aeronautics and Space Administration standards), and our company has 3 units. Vibration perpendicular to the axis can also be applied to bolts and nuts placed onto a weighted fastening body, allowing us to test actual fastening members from our customers.

In this test, the washer and vibration barrel are fastened with a sample nut and bolt, and vibration and impact in the direction perpendicular to the axis are repeatedly applied to the fastening body to loosen it.
