The machine forcefully vibrates the vibration plate at an arbitrary amplitude to reduce the axial force, and the locking performance is judged and compared according to the degree of axial force reduction. Complies with DIN 65151 (German industrial standard).

Test Details

In this test, the bolt fixing jig, vibration plate, and seat plate are fastened with a sample nut and bolt, and vibration and amplitude in the direction perpendicular to the axis are repeatedly applied to the fastening body to loosen the fastening body (check the transition of axial force).
