Purpose
Proof-load tests and failure-load measurement of in-house products
Test Details
A test mandrel is screwed in from the top of the nut, and an axial compressive load is applied to themandrel.
Proof load tests are performed in accordance with JIS B 1052-2 (ISO 898-2).
For failure load measurements, load is applied until the internal thread begins to fail.
