Fuji Seimitsu started as Fuji Seimitsu Manufacturing in 1962.
The company started by developing and marketing the patented product "FUJILOK U-NUT" locknut. In its nearly 60 year history, our company has not only grown as a corporation, but its products, such as "FUJILOK U-NUT", undergo rigorous inspections and continue to evolve on a daily basis.

| September | Concluded a distribution agreement with Champion Parts in Australia. Established Fuji Seimitsu Manufacturing Co., Ltd. | |
| 1971 | April | Established Kitakyushu Branch Office in Kokura-ku, Kitakyushu, Fukuoka. Upgraded Tokyo Branch Office to Tokyo Branch. |
| 1974 | April | Products approved for use under Japanese National Railways Standards (JRS). Concluded a distribution agreement with SPAENAUR Inc. in Canada. |
| October | Built new office and moved Head Office to its current location. | |
| 1976 | February | Takeji Wada, our first company President, assumed the position of Chairman. Hiroyuki Wada assumed the position of president. |
| 1978 | February | Concluded a distribution agreement with F.LLI GALLY in Italy. |
| March | Concluded a distribution agreement with Staytite Ltd. in the UK. | |
| 1981 | May | Developed and marketed the anti-loosening "FINE U-NUT" for bearings. |
| 1982 | February | Chairman Takeji Wada awarded as a person of merit by the Osaka Institute of Invention and Innovation. |
